If you would like to maintain a healthy lifestye, you can exersise more. For something simple you could walk or jog/walk. What I do to stay motivated is enter in events like short races. In these you could stay fit by walking. It also helps me if I have someone to walk or jog with. It is also very important to cut back on sweets and eat healthier like more fruits and veggies. It helps to drink water when you are hungry too because it fills you up. Hope these tips helped!

I completely understand feeling the need to become healthy & fit. It is something all of us need. However I can totally understand having a hard time getting motivated into exercise, especially after a long day!  Try to figure out what works best for you, whether you have more energy in the morning or a night, maybe midday? And find something aerobic that you enjoy, whether it may be dancing, biking, jogging, walking, taking a aerobic class, etc. This way you will look forward to getting exercise. And once you start - you will feel better & the easier it gets to make it a lifestyle

You should eat more healthy foods and start exercising. Eating is easy- healthy CAN be tasty. For example, I eat fruits and some vegetables, which are healthy. Exercising is i guess easy too. Walking is exercise! just take long relaxing walks. Its easy. But dont just go on a treadmill or exercise bike! I tried that last summer and it didnt do me any good! I would step off the treadmill, covered in sweat, and almost collapse! I also would go in a dry heat Sauna and it didnt help me that much either!

Oh one more thing from LJH " Blos"  :

Dont deprive yourself of food that you love. Have it once in a while. But dont eat it everday. Just because it says " low fat"  or " fat free" it doesnt mean that its good. It could be loaded with a lot of sugar, which is very bad. Dont tell yourself that you were good and you deserve more tommorrow night. Conciquences come sooner or later, after you have done something bad.

what do you do if you can't get some one to walk with cause i know it would help me if i had some one to walk/jog with?
