Why do we (humans) make things so complex as in flirting or foreplay it should be straight forward as in I like you, you like me.? or is that just too cynical to not find the fun in relationships attractive? | | | | | hey. wow, this is actually thought provoking. I never thought about it this way before. I completely agree that on the human side of things, everything is way too exaggerated. Why must you give a woman roses or diamonds to show affection? Or why is it such a big deal for us (as a society) to decide whether saving yourself for marriage is the right answer when sexuality is different for everyone? But I guess the whole point of making things a big deal, such as flirtation and fourplay like you suggested, is because humans try to mate for life. And you don't know if someone makes a good life partner until you've been through all sorts of situations with them. I love that you posted this topic. Thanks ~Kirby |

| | | | | Kirby, Your welcome and your also right, we do live in a completly too materialitic world. I completly agree with you about the saving yourself. One because experience is the key to life. Who ever said that marriage was manditory, what if you decided against it. People tend to judge you on your points of views on life. If your even the slightest bit more liberal or conservative than they are then your outcasted. Society is and always will be this way. |

| | | | | You cant BUY love. You have to show it in other ways. Jewls? who needs them! they wont last forever. Love can though. Hugging and kissing do last... They make you feel like you are someone very important. But objects like diamonds and fur coats dont show anything... If my guy gave me a diamond, and said this is how he shows his feelings for me, i would just throw it on the ground in front of him. You cant Buy love. You show it with your acts of kindness.
